Hello Zweet fans! I am Shanda Walston, owner of My Unlimited Wellness, Certified Health Coach and member of the American Association of Drugless Practitioners. My philosophy is that there is no limit to how great your life can be! Health is not a destination, but actually a life-long journey that we have control over.

With my clients, I practice a holistic approach to health and wellness, which means that I look at how all areas of life are connected. Does stress at your job or in your relationship cause you to overeat? Does lack of sleep or low energy prevent you from exercising? As we work together, we look at how all parts of your life affect your health as a whole.

At the basis of health is food. Two of my favorite truisms are we are what we eat and food should be fun. My approach does not dwell on calories, carbohydrates, fats, and proteins. It is not to create lists of restrictions or food or bad foods. Instead, I work with my clients to create a happy, healthy life in a way that is flexible, fun, and rewarding. I work with my clients to find what nourishes them now and teach them invaluable tools they will carry with them into the future on their wellness journey.

If you are interested in learning more about health coaching, my approach, or how diet and lifestyle affect health and happiness please visit me at I look forward to hearing from you.

Holistic health has been a part of my life since my 20′s, but when I was diagnosed with leukemia, it became a lifeline. Now in remission, I’m using my lifetime of experiences with nutrition, exercise, and a healthy lifestyle to help others find balance and see their way clear to holistic health.

Through my healing, my path forward became clear. I have learned a great deal about the importance of balance in our lives. I feel passionate about helping others achieve a state of balance through nutrition, exercise, and lifestyle awareness.

I received my training to practice Holistic Health Coaching at the renowned Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where I was trained in more than 100 dietary theories and studied a variety of practical lifestyle coaching methods, and am a Certified Health Coach (CHC) and am certified and accredited by American Association of Drugless Practitioners (AADP). I complement my nutritional training with my certification as a Reiki Practioner. Drawing upon this knowledge and my own personal experiences, I can help you create a completely personalized “roadmap to health” that suits your unique body, lifestyle, preferences, and goals.

Hello Beauties! I am McKenzie Bert and I am a CrossFit athlete, currently training at Chief CrossFit, and a communications student at the University of Illinois. I strive to prove that college, youth, and health do, in fact, all go together.

Starting CrossFit in late July of 2011, I had no idea the impact it would have on my life. I am a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer; currently working at a gym doing social media and training. I belong to three different gyms due to frequent traveling between school and my parents’ houses. Doing CrossFit 5-6 days a week and following the Paleo Diet my fitness has never been higher, and there are no signs of slowing down.

I also like to branch out to other activities, always trying new things, and finding more passion for life. Other activities on my radar are snowboarding, all types of dance, and yoga. Future plans involve grad school, a fashion PR career, and traveling as much as possible.

I can be found on social sites such as Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram @beMCKENZIErt – and would love to connect with you all. I make every effort to find beauty and inspiration in anything, and every one, that crosses my path and hope to provide the same in return.

Hey y’all! I am Meghan Barone and am an avid yogi, SUP yoga enthusiast, recent law school grad, and social media addict. I’m also someone who is just starting to rediscover how important a healthy lifestyle is to all aspects of life.

I have an extensive background as a competitive gymnast; but when an ankle injury forced me to retire I lost all passion for fitness and my health in general. For years, my weight fluctuated and I went through periods of severe depression. In late Fall 2012, I discovered hot yoga and was instantly hooked. I have been practicing yoga consistently since the beginning of 2013, and within just a few weeks I began to recognize the benefits (physically, emotionally, and spiritually) that yoga was having in my life.

Yoga has helped to refuel my fire, driving me toward a fit and healthy lifestyle. Outside of my daily practice, I now enjoy running an occasional 5k, weight training at the gym, and just staying as active as possible. I have a new focus on eating a balanced diet, which includes constantly experimenting with healthy recipes and new juicing concoctions.

If you are looking to reignite your passion for fitness or ignite a new passion for SUP yoga, I would love to be the spark to help get you started! Don’t hesitate to contact me via email ([email protected]), Facebook, or Instagram (meg_barone) for motivation and encouragement.
